The Pranzkus Construction Company is based in Munster-Roxel and is owner managed by a master craftsman. The team is highly qualified and committed; using the latest methods and equipment to ensure on time completion of any projects undertaken. Every construction project is overseen by a dedicated project manager to ensure a high standard of craftsmanship. The company works mainly in North West Europe and has seen successful projects in Germany such as Frankfurt and Berlin, as well as in the United Kingdom in Telford, Shropshire. As a company we are flexible and our employees are dedicated professionals wherever the project may take them, be it large or small in scale.
The Pranzkus Construction service catalogue is both large and varied in scope. Weather the project is industrial or commercial construction, the construction of special foundations for large machines or the foundations for roads etc. Concrete engineering is our passion and well within our scope. We are known nationwide in Germany and have a large clientele base. Martin Pranzkus is the owner of the company and is registered as a Master Craftsman with the Munster Chamber of Crafts. In non-technical jargon this is a ‘sought after affiliation’ that gives clientele assurance that he is a specialist builder meeting both quality and legal requirements.
The range of our professional construction services is considerable. Concrete construction accounts for a large percentage of our work and we install several thousand cubic meters of concrete every year. From the manufacture of commercial and industrial structures over special foundations for machines to foundations in road construction, we will meet your high expectations. We can manage office buildings, commercial buildings, production halls, warehouses or foundation construction based on your requirements.
Our focus is on a construction build that meets the requirements of our clientele in the most economical way possible, while maintaining environmental and ethical building standards. We approach each new project with a sound understanding of the planning and our employees are fully briefed on the clientele’s technical requirements for the construction. The technical plan for any construction forms the basis for us as a company and is the foundation by which we successfully meet the expectations of the architects and builders involved.
Coordination and communication are important to us between all the trades involved and plays a decisive role in terms of seeing a project completed on time and to budget. Over years of experience we have developed good relationships with our project partners and this has added to our joint success in Germany and abroad.
Special requirements for concrete are no problem for us. For example the floor slabs for certain buildings must be machine smoothed. The monolithic floor (concrete floor of a cast) is smoothed with special smoothing machines, so that a continuously wear-resistant concrete floor is created. In the area of concrete formwork we use the Doka Frami and PERI Maximo formwork. These are modern systems of formwork and fit to today’s concrete construction techniques with outstanding versatility. Using these systems concrete heights of between 0 and 4.50m can be switched easily
As construction sites of over 100 meters are no longer a rarity today, we have purchased a Crawler crane. We are the first company in Germany to own a LIEBHERR Crawler crane that allows a large site to function with only one crane in use. This negates the time consuming and costly conversion of a crane on the site. Pranzkus Construction also owns its own scaffolding system that enables the scaffolding of structures over several floors in a short time. This scaffolding system is fast, robust and stable and fits perfectly to the way the company works.
